Terms of Use

Last updated: September 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Sehaby platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account.

1.Acceptance of the terms

These terms are an agreement between you and شركة شامخات القابضة, the operator of Sehaby (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use Sehaby on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf, and “you” refers to that business.

2.The service

Sehaby is a subscription platform for managing customer conversations on WhatsApp: a shared inbox, automated replies and flows, an AI assistant, templates and campaigns, contacts, a sales pipeline, and an API with webhooks.

The platform is built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Sehaby is an independent service and is not affiliated with Meta. Some features depend on services provided by Meta and on the status of your account with Meta.

We may add, change or remove features to improve the service. If a change significantly reduces a paid feature, we will notify you in advance.

3.Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for everything done under your account and by the team members you invite.
  • Tell us immediately at info@sehaby.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.Your WhatsApp and Meta accounts

You connect your own WhatsApp Business account through Meta's official window. The account, the phone number and the business portfolio belong to you, and you remain responsible for them.

You agree to comply with Meta's terms and policies that apply to your use of WhatsApp, including the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy.

Meta may review, restrict or suspend your account, phone number or templates according to its own policies. We are not responsible for Meta's decisions, review times or changes to its fees and policies.

5.Your obligations toward your customers

  • Obtain your customers' consent before sending them messages, especially marketing messages.
  • Honor opt-out requests without delay. The platform records them and excludes those customers from marketing campaigns.
  • Send accurate content that complies with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Meta's policies.
  • Tell your customers how you use their data. You are responsible for your customers' data that you add to or receive through the platform, and we process it on your behalf.
  • Do not upload data you have no right to use.

6.Meta message fees

Meta charges fees for WhatsApp messages according to its published rates. These fees are separate from your subscription. You pay them to Meta directly with the payment method you add in WhatsApp Manager, and Meta bills you.

We do not collect Meta's fees and add no markup to them. Meta sets and may change its rates and rules. For example, since 1 October 2026, Meta charges for service messages after the first 1,000 free ones each month for every number. You are responsible for all fees Meta charges to your account.

7.Subscription, payment and renewal

  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly in Saudi riyals or US dollars, in the currency the subscriber chooses, at the prices shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
  • Payments are processed by a licensed Saudi payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period with the same plan and payment method, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • We will notify you before any price change, and the new price applies from the next billing period.
  • If a payment fails, we will try again and notify you. If the payment is still not completed, we may restrict access to paid features until it is.

8.Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription page in your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded, unless the applicable laws require otherwise.

9.Acceptable use

You may not use Sehaby to:

  • Send unsolicited or bulk messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
  • Send unlawful, misleading, offensive or fraudulent content, or content that violates WhatsApp policies.
  • Offer goods or services that Meta's commerce policy or Saudi law prohibits.
  • Impersonate another person or business.
  • Attempt to breach the platform's security, overload it or reverse engineer it.
  • Collect personal data unlawfully, or resell the service without our written permission.

We may suspend any content or account that breaks these rules to protect our users and the platform.

10.The AI assistant

  • The AI assistant is optional and answers from the business information you provide.
  • It may sometimes produce inaccurate or incomplete answers. You are responsible for the information you give it and for reviewing its performance.
  • It hands the conversation to your team when it is unsure or when the customer asks for a person, and it stops when a team member joins.
  • Do not use it to give medical, legal or financial advice.
  • AI replies count toward your plan's monthly allowance and toward Meta's service message fees.

11.Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. We process your customers' data on your behalf and according to your instructions, only to provide the service. You can export your data at any time, and you can delete your workspace as described on the Data Deletion page.

12.Intellectual property

The platform, its design, software and brand belong to us. Your content, including your messages, contacts and templates, belongs to you. You grant us a limited right to host and process your content only to provide the service to you. If you send us suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without any obligation to you.

13.Availability

We work to keep Sehaby available at all times, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. The service may be paused for maintenance, and it depends on third parties such as Meta, hosting providers and the payment gateway. Service levels for Enterprise plans are set in a separate agreement.

14.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or for decisions made by Meta or other third parties, such as restricting an account or rejecting a template.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

15.Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if payment is not made or if the law requires it. We will give notice where possible. After termination, your data is handled as described on the Data Deletion page.

16.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute related to them falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

17.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. We will notify subscribers of significant changes by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

18.Contact us
